3. Products and Orders

  • Our Jade Plants in Ceramic Pots are natural products, and variations in size, color, and shape may occur.
  • Orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.
  • Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and may change without prior notice.

4. Payments

  • We accept online payments via Razorpay for secure transactions.
  • Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Indore, India using Porter app.
  • Orders are processed within 4-5 business days.
  • Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, courier issues).

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
  • Refunds/replacements will be processed at our discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any plant damage caused by improper care.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell customer data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our discretion.
